Line Spa and Polish has a long-standing commitment to ensuring the safety of its clients, and ensuring their health is not compromised. Trust us when we say this. Your health is our top priority. Your health and our employees health is even more important to us during these tough times. 

Reopening safely

We take cleanliness seriously, that's why we're closely following the guidelines of Worksafe BC, the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), and the BC Health Guidelines to ensure that we are doing everything we can to keep you safe. During the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have already been practicing the use of face masks, and proper hand-washing techniques, which is why we are quick to ensure that we are able to provide you with the same great service in a safe manner.

In-Person Appointments

For most of our customers, safety means being away from the outside world. Line Spa and Polish creates that safe space, and judgement free-zone at all times. Whether it's a need to talk to another human being, or some peace and quiet, however, this environment includes some new rules to keep you and our employees safe:
  • Please bring a mask to your appointment.
  • We require that all visitors sanitize their hands before sitting down.
  • If you are feeling sick, or have been out of the country, we reserve the right cancel your appointment.
  • We are not accepting cash at the moment.

Cleanliness

We want you to know that we have always taken clean sanitation seriously. That's why we never use the same tools we have used on the same clients before sanitizing it with alcohol, drying, and using a UV light to kill germs/bacteria. Other than this, we have made other arrangements to create a safe environment:
  • Our nail technicians wear face masks at all times.
  • All surfaces are disinfected before and after every appointment.
  • The tools used are sanitized after every use.
  • We are providing disposable face masks to all visitors.
